 Leaving TSMC

Dear Ethan,

Effective November 30th, I will be leaving TSMC to accept the engineering director's position with UMC.

As of May 15, I am transferring to Tainan office to run the engineering there. Although I'm excited about the opportunity and the new challenge. I will be at the time miss working with you.
